“As you know, the printed circuit board in my Carrier system was replaced in November. Since that time, I have monitored the operation in the same manner as before, and in two and a half weeks, there has been no faulty operation when starting. While one hates to jump to conclusions, with a history of faulty operation every two days, it seems that the replacement has solved the problem.

"Jeanne, my wife, and I were sitting around thinking back over the years and recalling the many miraculous blessings God has given us. This brought your company to mind.
In the winter of 1969-1970 we were just a newlywed couple of 20-year-olds living in a trailer with our newborn baby. I was working part time nights and going full time to UWW. Jeanne worked part time also. Between us we would take home about 55 dollars on a good week. Bills often went unpaid and we were just barely getting by.
During a very cold snap of subzero weather the furnace ran constantly to try and heat that 10x35” trailer. One night during this cold, we ran out of oil. Within minutes the temperature dropped several degrees. It was around 3-4 a.m. and we were between paychecks and probably broke. I called your company and talked to a man about our problem. He said he would be over soon with enough oil to get us to morning. He came right then, in the middle of the night, with a big can of oil. I asked him how much I owed. He said $5 and that the truck would come and fill us up in the morning. I told him I couldn’t pay him at that time. He smiled and said we could pay whenever we could! We went back to sleep praising God for such angels as you. I was able to borrow the money from relatives I guess and pay you not long after that. Thanks again for being such a blessing to us and I'm sure to all your clientele over the years."

"I’m writing this letter to express my gratitude for the wonderful service we received from one of your technicians, his name is Tim and he responded to an emergency call on the night of Jan. 31, 2014 at about 12 midnight. The temp was below zero and the furnace stopped as a result of a motor that failed. Unfortunately he did not have a replacement motor and the motor we needed was rare and he thought that it was going to be hard to find one. We received a call the next morning that he in fact had found one and within the hour we were up and running. My feeling is that he went out of his way to get our heat back on, and for this we are grateful and thankful for his service and I want to be sure someone in your company knows this."

You were able to install a humidifier on our second furnace, as you had installed a humidifier on our 1st furnace several years ago.
